1.Eligibility requirements;This prize draw is open to all persons who are aged 18 and over ; are resident in the UK ; have registered to enter the prize draw at www.richardsonhotels.co.uk This prize draw is not open to;Richardson Groups employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this prize draw. By entering this prize draw, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The draw is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the draw will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. To enter the prize draw, follow the on-screen instructions. The monthly prize draw opens at 00.01 GMT on 1st of the month and closes at 23.59 GMT on the last day of the month (Closing Date). The winner will be the person who is selected randomly from the monthly list of eligible entrants who have registered www.richardsonhotels.co.uk . The winner will be notified using the contact details they provided on registration, within 5 days of the Closing Date of the prize draw. Any entrant may check the result of the prize draw at our website http://www.richardsonhotels.co.uk., 7 days after the closing date. The prize for each monthly prize draw will be two nights dinner, bed & breakfast accommodation for two adults in a standard room in one of Richardson Hotels of Distinction. (See website for the specific hotel for the monthly prize draw) . Should the winner not wish to accept the prize, no cash alternative will be offered and a further draw will be made until such time the prize can be allocated to a randomly selected eligible entrant. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize-winners name, personal photograph both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel future monthly prize draws at its absolute discretion. No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
